질문에 답변을 드리면 다음과 같습니다.  먼저 Cincinnati의 경우에 GRE 점수는 1100점 입니다.
아래 내용을 보시면 보다 자세한 파악이 가능하실 듯 합니다.
대학원 입학을 위한 requirement와 gre에 대한 설명 입니다.

• University application forms
  
   
• a baccalaureate design degree from an accredited college or university
  Note:  A 3.0 undergraduate grade point average (in a 4.0 grading system) is required.

 

• official transcript(s) from all colleges/universities attended
  
   
• at least 2 years of professional experience in design practice or teaching
  
   
• a statement of Intent that briefly explains educational and professional background and makes a convincing argument for the importance of graduate studies in relation to personal and professional goals and expectations for the future
  
   
• examples of visual work (slides, laser-printed portfolio, cd-rom) as an indication of the level of skill development required to pursue graduate studies
  
   
• at least 3 personal references who can comment on past performance and future potential in academic and professional efforts
  
   
• a GRE score of 1100 (Verbal + Quantitative) and a very high score in Analytical Writing
  
   
• applicants with English as a second language must have a score of 570 (paper-based) or 230 (computer-based) or 88 (Internet-based) on the Test of English as a second language
   

2. 현재 토플 점수가 96점이면.. 가능하다면 100점 이상을 받는것이 좋습니다.
대학원 과정의 경우 deadline 점수가 따로 나오는 학교도 있고 그렇지 않은 학교들도 있지만.. (예를들어 risd의 경우 93점 이상이면 ok) 최상위권의 학교들은 대락 합격선에 대한 점수만 발표를 합니다.
이 경우 보통 합격선은 95~106점 정도로 산출이 가능합니다.
가능하다면.. 100점대 이상을 받는것이 유리합니다.

GRE는 건축을 제외하곤 거의 모든 대학들이 따로 요구하지는 않습니다.  하지만 Cincinnati를 원하신다면 공부를 해야할 듯 합니다.
이러한 공식적인 requirement를 채우지 않고 합격하는것은 어렵습니다.
